We are all broken - that’s how the light gets in

Most of us know the Zulu greeting - Sawubona. I see you. But not so well known is the reply - Ngikhona.
It means - I am here. Not a mask. Not some pretend version of me. Warts and all - the version that others might not like. Few can withstand this. So they twist themselves into a shape they think others will like.
If everyone’s busy hiding, performing, or second-guessing what will get them accepted - how the hell are we supposed to know what each other actually needs? No wonder so many teams, departments, or even entire organisations are barely getting by. Walk into a room full of bright, capable people... and virtually none of the behaviour make sense. No one's real - so everything gets built on guesswork and groupthink.
You didn’t get here by accident. You’re sharp, self-aware. And you’re sick of twisting yourself to fit rooms that never fit you. This isn’t about better habits or 'finding your voice.' 1:1 Coaching – The Real Work: Built for anyone who's had enough of constantly pretending.

Who it’s for: Senior professionals who aren’t confused about what they bring - but are tired of having to prove it. You’ve got the skills, and the experience. But the room still doesn’t listen the way it should.

What it is: A 12-month partnership. Just us. We dismantle the noise, decode the patterns, and begin to rebuild your approach to leadership from the inside out. No affirmations. No worksheets. Just sharp, unflinching work on how you show up. One 90-minute session p/week, plus unlimited access.
Why it matters: Because too many of us are still told to smile while less capable people run the show.

Investment: £12,000 for 12 months (£3,000 per 13 week programme x 4. It is also possible to enrol in one programme at a time - but they must be carried out in order).
​Let me be clear. If what you want is productivity hacks, tips for being more likeable, or another course on “executive presence,” this is not the shop for you.
